About this house sitting position in Perth

We have a newly adopted greyhound who is very calm but still gets anxiety when left alone. She is the sweetest thing, sleeping for most of the day, and doesn't require a daily walk (run around our large backyard is usually enough). We don't want to send her to the kennel or even friends' home being that she is still settling in. Looking for a responsible house sitter (couple preferred) to stay in our home from March 14 to March 20, and then again from April 26 for 2 weeks.
