Modern complex completed 2024. Building has large swimming pool, gymnasium sauna, plus extras. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, with 2 x balconies (one small off bed 1). A/C and all modern appliances. Pleasant outlook. Tile floors to living areas for easy care and cleaning. Carpet in both two bedrooms.
We have two Chihuahuas, both with very sweet loving natures. They are fed twice daily, plus treats! Walked 30mins twice daily if possible but at least once.
We have minimal pot plants, 3 or 4 outdoor plants, and about 3 indoor, all very minimal care required.
