About this house sitting position in Point Clare

We are a married couple with 1 child and this will be our first holiday away in 5 years, safe to say we are very nervous about leaving our home and pets for 3 weeks. We need a house sitter that will care for our pets and look after our house and possessions as they would their own.
We are quiet, non smoking, friendly, respectful hardworking people and we looking for a couple with these same traits.

We have a 3 bedroom 2bathroom with 2 living rooms, a single car garage which will be available for the house sitter to use.
The house is hidden away from the street and backs up to a nature reserve. This part of point Clare is very friendly and quiet and if you like going for walks there are many beautiful and spots with great walkways.

Walking distance to the nearest shopping centre 1.6kms coles, 1 km to nearest bus stop, 6kms to the M1, 4 kms to Gosford CBD with main trainstation and 9.5 kms to Woy Woy.

We have 2 chickens 1 cat and a pond of fish which all get feed every day ( the cat will try for more than once)
Please bring the mail in and the bins out every week. Use the house, be comfortable but please respect our stuff and please be tidy. Some plants will need watering but Yard work will not be required, but you can do some if you want.
Wi-Fi is available, Foxtel and Netflix. We have ducted reverse cycle airconditioning throughout the whole house so you can stay nice and warm during these 3 weeks in winter.

Depending on size we may have room for a caravan or 2nd car to park along the side of the house.
