About this house sitting position in Point Cook

Our home is a 4 bedroom house located in the beautiful suburb of Point Cook.

Point Cook is beautifully green and surrounded by parks, shops en restaurants.
You can hop onto the train in Williamslanding which takes you to the city (flinders) right away in about 30 minutes. It's also located right on the M1 if you drive and you can get to the city (if there is no traffic) in 20 minutes or drive up to Geelong in 40.
The busstop is a 1 minute walk and takes you to the station Williamslanding or Laverton. Super easy!

Our house has a large garden for you and our pets to enjoy yourselves. There will be a spare room with bed availble for you and use of the 2nd bathroom just down the hallway. Use of livingroom & kitchen obviously as well.
Television including Netflix in the living room.

Now the important bits: The pets.

We have 2 lovely house trained rabbits and 1 English x American Staffy pup. He'll be 4.5 months old by the time you arrive.

The pets are our children and we are looking for a responsible, respectful and experienced pet sitter. If you have experience with rabbits that would be extra handy.

The rabbits (Arya & Tane) get free range of the house and will sleep in their own room during the night. It's VERY important that if the rabbits are out of their room that they are NOT to be left alone with the dog. We have a child gate fence to seperate the house or you can leave the bunnies out for a few hours and then the dog, but we don't want them unsupervised as an accident can easily happen and that would be devastating.

The buns get fed 2x a day, 1x in the morning and 1x in the evening. This includes hay & greens. In the evening they get a little scoop of pellets.
Their litter trays need cleaning out 1x a week.
When it's hot they will need ice blocks in their room or wet towels and a fan on so they can cool down.
Further more they're super relaxed. They like an occasional cuddle but also enjoy doing their own thing and have their run around in the house/garden. They're very fun and cute to watch!

Then Lenyx (the dog);
He will have been to puppy school and possible still sleeps in his crate (unsure at the moment). He will need to be fed 2 to 3x a day and go on a walk in the morning and evening. If you're away during the day he can probably stay outside in the garden.
He gets fed kibble and raw food, so must be alright to handle raw meat.
Need to be firm but fair with him, he's not allowed on the couch, beg for food or bite/chew anything that's not his toys. Be social to dogs. Prefer to keep him on the leash when you go for walks with him. He needs his movement so playing in the yard with him throwing some balls will make him happy.
He's still a puppy and young. Anyone experienced with (young) dogs will probably know what to do.

Any photo updates on the babies would be great whilst we are away!

We don't want any partying at our house and trust on your discretion. Having a friend over for a glass of wine (or a bbq, feel free to use it) is of course fine.
No children or families please.

If you think you're suitable to look after our beloved pets please send me a message! Would love to hear of your experiences and if you have any police clearances that would be great.

Look forward hearing from you!
