About this house sitting position in Port Kennedy

We live in a quiet street, with a large park and only 10 minutes from the beautiful Warnbro beach. IGA and other shops are 2 mins away.
We are looking for a neat and reliable single non-smoker to look after our 15 year old indoor cat. She will need feeding and daily medication and some quiet company.
We have a 3x2 home with small courtyard, kitchen, air-conditioning/heating. Recently renovated with new furniture & carpeting. Garden has reticulation & is low maintenance.
We are looking for someone for three weeks - 25 July to 15 August only. Would like check current references and to meet prior to accepting an applicant.
