4bed, 2 bathroom, carport for 2 cars. 500 metres to the beach around my corner. Grassed back yard, fenced off. Security doors and sectional garage door. I have 3 cats, 17 and 11 years old and a 2 year old and 4 fish in fishpond. They will have blocks in food in pond. Aircon, deck, patio, good back yard, Wifi, possible use of my car
