About this house sitting position in Port Macquarie

We are heading to the UK for 6 weeks but the house-sitter we had organised recently fell through. Our situation is a bit different as our 15 year old daughter is staying home. She is a lovely quiet independent girl that will be at school most of the time. We just need someone here to be a companion and makes sure she is up in time to catch the bus. We also have a burmese boy indoor puddy cat who spends most of his time sleeping in the sun. Our 3 bedroom house is on the river, walking distance to town. We have started renos and the kitchen is brand new with a gas cook top, dishwasher and stone tops with nice appliances. Our view is amazing with an ever changing vista. Watch the boasts, sea plane and dolphins go past as you have a coffee on the balcony or a glass of wine looking at a spectacular sunset in the evening then heading indoors to watch Netflix. We would prefer a single lady or couple.
