About this house sitting position in Port Macquarie

If you are looking for a coastal getaway for a month over Christmas/New Year, our single level, easy care home with pool on the canals in Port Macquarie might fit the bill.
All we ask of our house sitters is that they keep the house tidy, bring in the mail, mow the lawn and water the garden as needed and take care of our pets.
Our dog, Mishka, is a 5yo active female Golden Retriever. She is a rescue dog who has a few "quirks" but is generally a happy dog, who has been minded by house sitters previously. She usually walks well on a lead but can be a bit of a puller if she finds an interesting smell. So ideally, we would prefer a sitter who has had experience with larger breed dogs.
Our cat, Dyna is a friendly black and while female who is 13yo.
Both are in good health and at the time of writing this, do not require any medication.
If needed, we are happy for you to be here for a day or two before and/or after the dates that we are away.
Good references essential and police record checks preferred.
