About this house sitting position in Port Willunga

I have a cute 3 bedroom home which is neat, tidy and modern. I also have a nice backyard space and large deck with a barbecue, and a gardener who comes and mows every three weeks.
My home is a 10 minute walk to beautiful Port Willunga beach - or a 1 - 2 minute drive.
There are many lovely cafes in the area, the McLaren Vale wine region is 10 minutes drive. It is a beautiful region with many beautiful natural sites and walks.
Adelaide is a 45 minute drive or 10 minutes to the nearest railway station and 45 mins on the train.
My biggest need is for someone to care for my beautiful chocolate lab (Paddy) he's very gentle and well trained. If I go away on short trips (like a week or less) I take him to the local kennel but I don't like to leave him for longer than that. So a dog lover is a must ????
