About this house sitting position in Preston

We are looking for trustworthy, non smoking, honest, experienced dog-loving, single or couple to housesit and keep our furry friends company. Our single storey 3 bedroom house is in the Preston area in a friendly neighbourhood. It's comfortable, recently renovated and well furnished.

The bright, clean traditional home has a new kitchen and two separate living areas with study/home office and a large garden (no gardening is required, unless you'd like to!) The house also offers heating, air conditioning, laundry & Wifi. There's ample off-street parking.

Our pets, one dog and a cat are friendly and love cuddles! LUNA and MONTY love company and a short walk & sniff for Luna on the lead each day would be ideal. both are outdoors during the day but must be inside at night.

We are located near a milkbar and a cafe (that serves great breakfast & lunch) and our bus stop serves Northland Shopping Centre, Epping Plaza and the local pool.

The bus stop is around the corner and the tram is a short walk. Renowned Preston Market is a 15 mins stroll. LaTrobe Uni is a stone's throw. Tram & Train line to Melbourne is close too.
