About this house sitting position in Preston

My partner, two dogs and I live in a freestanding house in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
We have made the most of our north facing front yard and planted a lot of flowers and built a vegetable garden.

About the house/area:
- fully fenced back yard
- 10-15 minute walk to Preston market
- next to Tram 11 stop
- quiet suburban street
- access to beautiful bush walks
- High st 15 minute walk away (amazing Vietnamese a nd Chinese restaurants)
- Woolworths, IGA, bottle shop, post office and pharmacy all within 3 minute drive


What we need from you:
- Feed our dogs in the evening
- One walk a day
- Make sure chickens have fresh water and enough food & take their eggs :)
- Depending on the weather, water the garden or set the sprinklers/drippers

“We had a wonderful experience house sitting for Kit and Pat. Their dogs, Ginny and Peggy, were lovely company and very easy to care for, and we also appreciated the fresh eggs from their backyard chickens. The house was comfortable, welcoming, and a pleasure to stay in. Kit and Pat were great to communicate with both before and throughout the sit, making everything smooth and enjoyable. “Kit and Pat were welcoming , accommodating and very easy to communicate with. A pleasurable experience all round . Peggy and Ginny love their belly rubs and cuddles . Wasn't sure how Trixie would go with greyhounds but she easily worked around their nature's. Medication in peanut butter for Ginny couldn't have been easier. Expansive fruit and vegetables in the gardens. Close to Preston Markets ,Aldi and main road general shops . House easy to maintain. House sitting manual detailed and easy to follow. Would go back in a heartbeat . Thanks Katrina. ”
