We live in a beautiful tranquil area in the Western suburbs in a tidy 3 bedroom pole home on 2.5 acres. It has a peaceful country feel here but is only located 5mins drive away from 2 small local shopping centres and approx 15mins away from Indooroopilly Shopping Town, and 20mins (off peak) to the CBD. You will require a car as the nearest mode of public transport (bus) is 4.3 km away on Moggill Road, and Indooroopilly train station is 9.9 km.

We have 2 indoor cats that need to be cared for, a 5yo female tabby and 4yo male persian cross, the male needs to be administered meds twice a day in his wet food but the female is fairly low maintanence. They require to be kept exclusively indoors due to the hassards outdoors in the bush, so all doors leading outside must never be left open. Both cats are accustomed to a quiet environment and are quite timid with strangers initially but they both usually adjust reasonably well once they become accustomed to you. So we would strongly prefer a single or couple without children.

Pot plants on the back deck will require watering dependant upon the weather conditions, front and back yards do not need any attention. Non-smokers preferred but smokers are welcome, but only permitted to smoke outside, comfy outdoor setting on the back deck is recommended,.
