About this house sitting position in Queens Park

Needed live in pet/house sitter for long term arrangement My current house sitter has decided her social life is more important so I’m looking for a replacement. If you are a social butterfly then this isn’t your thing I need someone who Is comfortable being here more often then usual. someone who works from home would be perfect.

Hi I work Fifo in emergency services my workflow can consist of 8 day on / 6 day off rosters or 2 week on 2 week off rosters so I need someone here. I can offer a room free of rent, furnished with a modern queen sized bed, your own bathroom with bath, a double lock up garage with remote and free unlimited wifi.

Bills are to be shared but will substitute the amount you pay for water as I will pay for water my for garden.

My house is clean, comfortable and cozy with gas cooking, heating and hot water. We share cooking and lounge areas but you will enjoy more as I’m away longer and feel free to ad to the house decor to suit yourself.

The dog has his own area outside and is not an inside dog. My home has comfy lounge, smart TV, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine x2!

I’m a really easy guy to live with, you’ll only ever get 💯 respect from me. I offer you a totally non threatening environment.

I have a good attitude, I’m honest, polite and respectful to everyone a bit oldskool in my values and attitude, probably swear a bit much, ride a big motorcycle and I always got ya back if ya need me. I’m a private person. I rarely go out when I’m home. I can guarantee your week at work is nothing like mine and so I’m too tired when I’m home. I keep to myself I rarely drink to and when I do I’m usually consists of one, two find my bed or find the floor. I don’t smoke cigarettes but do enjoy a good vape.

I’m careful who I live with after meeting so many interesting characters in Perth so I’m choosey who I bring into my world. I know you reading this understand exactly where I’m coming from.

About my doggo.. he is a 2 year 6 month old Kelpie X who is very mostly naughty he only listens when he wants too or foods involved. He has boundless amounts of energy loves to chew, dig, destroys everything, growls, barks an slobbers worse then a St Bernard. He is ruthless But he’s adorable and he’s my big goose and I love him much. Remember he still is puppy brain and has a interesting and funny character. He loves his football and will happily share tons of slobber with you while you playing I rescued him from being neglected He see’s me as his alpha but still even then he try’s to push that with his bossy attitude but I’m firm with him n You need to be too. Be strong and put your foot down to who’s boss and get him under control. It’s totally possible and he will listen to you. This is what he expects. For you It can be done with time and trust and food if all else fails. I need you to give consistency.

In the past I’ve had a few discussions shire rangers from complaints about his barking and I’ve had to go to drastic measures to control his barking but once his barking behaviour is understood and controlled at the right time. So having someone here Working with me on his behaviour with being consistent is what I need. We will discuss this more in detail when we’ve met. He needs regular walks, treats, fresh food and water, baths and his poop cleaned up.

No other pets are recommended he’s not so good with other small animals and no small children please. He is by no means vicious he is a big kid himself and gets excited around children He is a big boof and when he gets excited it’s like a bull in a china shop he has no idea of his own strength. It’s a bouncing hyperactive drooling furry woofster with teeth and big legs that will knock you flying if you happen to get in his way but in saying that he is fun and always happy and looves to play and loves a good pat too.

No couples or caravaners. I only have space for you for one car.
