About this house sitting position in Randwick

Hi there,
I am looking for someone to housesit and look after my two cats while I am away over the new year. The dates are 31st December to 3rd January.
My cats are pretty chilled and very sweet and affectionate. They require feeding in the mornings and water/dry food topped up at night. Plus keeping on top of the litter tray.
My apartment is beautifully renovated with dishwasher and washing machine. It gets lots of sunlight, is quiet, has parking and a 15-20 minutes walk to Clovelly and Coogee Beaches with cafes nearby. Buses take you directly to the city or Bondi Junction. There are also buses to Coogee and Clovelly beaches if you don't want to walk.
The apartment complex is small with lovely neighbours, I am looking for someone respectful of this. Unlimited wifi is included and desk with screen/keyboard to plug laptop into. There is also a large TV with Netflix included if needed.
