Beautiful three bedroom, renovated home backing onto lush bush land. Modern kitchen and bathroom, large loungeroom, balconies. Gorgeous backyard including a deck complete with gumtree growing through it.

Best of all however are my three kitties! Two male and a female, all desexed. Indoor cats unless supervised.

You will need to be a patient cat lover. These fur babies have three very different personalities from indifferent to extremely affectionate. Aged from 8 to 13, with one requiring regular oral medication.

There is a granny flat on the property which is currently tenanted and most likely at the time of house sitting. Current tenants are a lovely young couple.

In return for looking after my fur babies and home you will truly get to enjoy a suburban oasis with only one neighbour in a very quiet and family friendly cul de sac.

Non smokers only. Not negotiable. Single person or couple welcome. In addition to looking after my cats (feeding, kitty litter, medication and cuddles) and keeping the house clean, I would also like the gardens to be watered (most have a drip system that just needs to be set on manual timers depending on the weather), a few hanging baskets etc. Would also appreciate if a little bit of light spring cleaning could be done.
