Walk dogs twice daily feed animals twice daily water plants .Pool Maintenance of lap pool 16.3m long .ride on mower experience is needed and tractor with slasher would be good but not essential. Cutting hedges and spraying boundaries may be necessary depending on growth. House is on top of a hill and can be physical at times. property needs to have lawn kept low.
House has great views of the valley and large verandahs to rest on with a gym downstairs to work out in.
Day trips OK but overnight stays away from property are negotiable as dogs having to be feed and locked up stairs on veranda at night.
