House is a large 4 bed tastefully modernized,opposite a state forest with plenty of walking tracks or searching for the allusive gold nugget,there are about 15 wineries with cellar doors and cafes in the area. Milk bar 10 mins away, town with shops and supermarkets is 30 mins away with the cities of Ballarat and Bendigo are just over an hour away. Fresh veggies,eggs and milk are on offer for the perfect sitters.
