About this house sitting position in Redland Bay

We are seeking a mature, retired couple to care for our dog and house on small acreage close to the Logan River, Moreton Bay and islands for 5 weeks while we escape to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary. Our dog, Mac, a large, loving and slobbery, Gordon setter is used to having companionship (“Mum’s boy”) and will need love and reassurance. He is a good traveller, enjoys regular walks and trips to the foreshore and dog park.
The paddocks won’t need mowing, but we have a ride-on and push mower to keep things tidy around the house. Although we are on tank water, some plants both inside and out would appreciate a regular drink.
As grey nomads ourselves we would welcome similar travellers and have a large driveway/forecourt to accommodate a caravan/motorhome, however, there is also accommodation available within the house.
