About this house sitting position in Regency Downs

Lockyer Valley Qld - a 1.5 acre rural residential property situated at Regency Downs. 8 km from Laidley and 17km from Gatton.
(Regency Downs is half way between Ipswich and Toowoomba.)

We have a low set brick home with 1 house cat and an aviary of birds. We also have many trees, pot plants and some gardens.

We would prefer a couple with knowledge of managing this type of property. The house uses mainly tank water but has access to trickle feed (very slow) town water which can be pumped in from the street. The tank water comes into the house via an electric pump. We have a septic toilet system.

Requirements would be:
*Look after the house keeping it clean and tidy
*Looking after our friendly 15 month old desexed female house cat Duchess and walking her with her harness and lead daily within our property
*Watering our potted and hanging plants daily with hand held hose.
*feeding and watering our feathered friends
*Collecting any mail from the letterbox and putting aside for our return
*(Depending on if we get rain) some ride on mower mowing
