About this house sitting position in Reservoir

We have a lovely 3 bedroom home nestled in a quiet part of Reservoir. There is a huge park across the road and more parks in close walking distance.
We are also close to shops and other amenities.
Looking for a responsible person or couple to look after our house and our companion Buddy (Red Heeler, 2 yo, male) while we visit family in NZ for Xmas.

Buddy is a very energetic, very intelligent boy. He is still undergoing training as he can be a bit human reactive (normal for their breed, very protective).
We would need to arrange a couple of introductions to him in a neutral space where you completely ignore him, let him suss you out and then you'll be best if friends!
There will be a hybrid caravan in the driveway but still plenty of space for 2 cars in the driveway.

Prospective housesitters will ideally have ID check, Police check and references from previous sits
