1 bedroom modern apartment on the fringe of the city.
Easily accessible to public transport and walking distance to city centre. Close to great restaurants on Victoria St. Smith St and Brunswick in close proximity. Walking distance to Woolies and Fitzroy gardens.

1 male cat needing some love while we are away. He is adventurous, playful, cheeky and affectionate. Has many toys he likes to plays with. Any open door he will explore. Loves a massage, he will nuzzle and lick you but also let you know when he has had enough. Just need to play, feed and clean up after him.

Please note parking is limited. The complex has visitor parking but in high demand. Bikes avaliable for use with good bike tracks to city and on the Yarra.
