About this house sitting position in Richmond

I have a beautiful English staffy puppy, Coby - born Nov 2024, will be around 9.5 months old at the time of pet-sitting. Will update photos soon.
He's a solid dog (already 20kg), very friendly, he LOVES people and I'm trying to train him out of jumping up on them. He is friendly and playful with dogs but they can sometimes get annoyed w his puppy energy!
Coby loves to be around people and enjoys twice daily walks/plays. I would love somebody who is experienced with staffies, who is active and strong enough to manage him and try and keep consistency in his training. He loves chew and tug-toys, sniffari walks and snuggling with us on the couch or hammock.
His recall is variable, especially around other dogs, so I don't usually take him off lead at those times. In quieter parks he is ok off lead and usually just stays close by me.
He sleeps overnight in his crate which he loves. He is not allowed upstairs (we have a stair gate), but is allowed on the sofas with us.
He is inside the house when we are home and mostly downstairs, but is outside at all other times. He has a kennel and lots of shelter out in the small back yard.
He is fed twice daily.
We live in a 2-storey modern home in Richmond. Very well located, with comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, heating/cooling, small back yard. Off-street parking. Close to Bridge Rd with some amazing cafes nearby, Victoria Gardens shopping centre, Swan St, public transport parks and shops/cafes/PT.
I do work outside the home, but I am looking for a non-smoker, who WFH or is mostly home to keep him stimulated and supported while I'm away.
