Very comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom country home on 5 acre rural block, 5 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk from the small town of Riddells Creek in the Macedon Ranges. Please note 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are available to house sitters, plus study, large kitchen/living/dining area, TV room, kids play room and patio (master bedroom and ensuite will be locked off). Train station in Riddells Creek with trains departing approx. every 1-2 hours during the day, 43 minute trip to central Melbourne. Close by are wineries, bushwalks, picturesque tourist towns, and popular sights such as Hanging Rock, Mount Macedon, and Organ Pipes. One cat to be looked after, no other animals. No farm duties required other than limited watering.
