About this house sitting position in Robigana

Hi, we are looking for couple or single happy with the quiet life to live with our beautiful dog Bill and keep him company and take him for the occasional walk along the river. He is a pointer cross and very friendly and personable. Our home is unusual as it is in a converted apple shed which also contains our studio and lots of space. There is gas heating, so no wood chopping. Situated close to Launceston on a country road but only 10km from Exeter township and close to river walks and beaches. There is an infrequent bus service but it would be better if the occupant has own transport.
Our house is on one acre of land mostly native with large vegie garden. Lots of birds visit the garden you may be lucky enough to encounter some native wildlife in the evenings.
The garden looks after its -self and the vegie patch will be settled down for the winter however there is a small greenhouse which will require watering. We also have a variety of chickens which are fed morning and evening and a small fish pond so the goldfish will require occasional feeding also. And that is about it. Please be aware that it can be fairly cold and quite wet here in the winter months but it does not snow in our neck of the woods and we only have the occasional frosty morning but the gas heating cosy and instant.
