About this house sitting position in Rockingham

We are looking for a reliable, quiet and clean person to care for our home, cat and small dog while we are away.
Must love animals, be kind and patient.
Abby is an 'inside' cat and has a covered courtyard for her outside time. She is quite independent but likes to cuddle up with you in the evenings.
Bailey is a non shedding Shih Tzu who needs a slow walk both morning and afternoon.
Our home is in a quiet area, a short stroll to local shops, beach and transport.
It is a modern two storey townhouse, fully reverse cycle aircon, dishwasher etc but not really suitable for small children(or bad knees!) as it has a steep spiral type staircase.
Courtyards front and back so no major gardening required, only watering the pot plants.
