My name is Cheryl and this is Jac the crazy Kelpie.
We have a rural background and Jacquie is a full blood Working Kelpie, so is super smart and needs a carer who understands working dogs, she is 8 years old.
The property is 1/2 Acre with 2 residences, in the Perth Hills. Shops are a short drive, or a 1klm walk away.
Jac has her own secure kennel on the property, she needs daily walking and playing with as she is high energy. She is very obedient and loving but also needs firm direction.
There are a lot of walking trails and reserves in the area, so no shortage of variety for you to adventure in.
Amenities in a large pole home with a fireplace, a large deck and beautiful views are provided as well as power and water in return for Jacs care and watering of plants, plus raking up of leaves. .
I will require copies of ID/s, references and police checks would also be advantages .
