About this house sitting position in Rowville

Two story house, medium garden, Maintained well.

Need reliable pet and home carer to look after 2 small cavilier dogs and some areas of ground floor (kitchen, living, Laundry, bedroom etc.) and mow the lawn.

As this for about 33 days we need a refundable bond and gas and electricity bills to be paid by you.

More details:
Minimum Requirements:
1. Dog care. Feed 2 small dogs, one Male and one Female, clean the bowels, water, put them in/out, toilet.
2. Home Care. Vaccum, mop, keep tidy and clean designated areas.
3. If grass is high mow it, front and back.
4. Bins on Thursday night.
5. Mail bring it and keep safe and remove junk Mail.


Provide/check:
1. Recent police checks.
2. References of home care at least 2 for 2-4 weeks - if you dont have need non-related references.
3. Bond $2000 refundable and if required can be kept in RTBA trust account.
4. Willing to pay utility bills for the period. ( 25Feb - 1 Apr)
5. No parties, No visitors allowed
6. Willing to sign a agreement for home/dog care (RTBA).
7. No smoking, Drugs, alchohol
8. Reasonable use of facilities.
