About this house sitting position in Safety Bay

We are looking for experienced, trustworthy pet/house sitter (single female), who can stay mostly at home and love to live a quiet life. We are placed at Safety Bay WA – one of Perth south suburb.
Period of stay is 3 months: from 7th of June till 10th of Sept 2019.
We are looking for quiet, responsible person who can take care of our beautiful house (4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, spacious comfortable living area and spacious kitchen, nice fire place) our little garden and take care of our cat BUNI.
We are renting that house, so contact with agency will be provided.
There is a little garden at the front and at the back of the house very easy to maintain and a few patio plants in the pots. Only little area at the front needs a lawn mowing 2 times a month. The garden at the winter no needs watering but sometimes hand watering especially plants in the pots. Weed a little what is needed. And please have an eye on our cars parked at the front yard.
We hope you can take a good care of our lovely cat BUNI 8 years old. Cat is registered at VET Rockingham. Buni is healthy, very friendly, mature and cute. He is very independent, you do not need look after him much but fill his bowl 3 times a day, cuddle sometimes and even...speak to him friendly :) He loves to feel somebody is around at the house and he used to explore neighborhood. He sleeps at the patio at the warm days or at home at night. He loves to watch TV along with you or assists you as you do some job on the computer. He does his toilet outside the house in the garden, so you do not need to deal with that at all. During rainy or chilly days, he loves to stay all day at home and sleeps at the couch.
The house itself is spacious and comfortable - 4 bedrooms / 2-bathrooms, spacious kitchen and has a nice fire place in the living room area which is able to warm up quickly most of the house at the winter.
We know a smart way how to keep fire place warm every day for FREE, no cost at all.
Huge size TV available to use. Huge amount of internet data available for free. Pushbike to move around available.
Sorry but no guests overnight. No smoking. No party. Friends or family visiting during the day is OK.

The house has security alarm, but the area is very safe, and neighbors are very friendly and supportive.

It is easy to do daily shopping - at the walking distance there is Malibu Shopping Center 5 min walk, Rockingham Shopping Center and Train Station is 10 min drive by car. Bus stop to get Train Station or Rockingham Shopping Center is 1 min walk. Beautiful ocean beaches 5 min drive or 15 min on a pushbike.
