3 acre property, pool, tennis court (not in great condition), four bedrooms and a study. Two dogs, two cats and three chickens. Looking for someone who will take care of my cats and chickens and one dogs and water my garden, though it’s mostly set up on a timer system. Close to the beach and the city, short drive to Nelson bay.
