About this house sitting position in Sandford

Our home is about 25kms from Hobart. There is a bus route on the main road, but not a regular timetable in the middle to the day. We are in between Cremorne and Clifton Beach (two beaches). There is one road into our street, and walking access all around the reserve, where there is a lagoon.
Our home is a three-bedroom home, currently in the process of renovating, but fully liveable. It now just needs painting and new carpet when painting is finished.
We have a room outside, in which we have a little gym (treadmill, weights, tv etc).
We have internet, foxtel and netflix and a BBQ.
There are two outdoor living areas, one on the front desk, but we mainly sit out on the back deck, as this out of the wind and rain.
We are on tank water, so there is a need to keep an eye on water use.
We have a large dog, who lives in our fully fenced yard, and also inside when we are home. He does stay inside some nights when the weather is colder. He loves a walk.
