House sitter required to care for one good natured cat and water our garden. Our 4 bedroom house is 9 years old and easy to maintain with polished timber floors throughout and is kept very clean and tidy. Dedicated guest bedroom available to house sitter. The main living area down stairs is air conditioned. Located on Brisbane's north side and only 30mins to Brisbane CBD by train. Bus stop around the corner. Enjoy Sandgate cafes, shops, parks, bike ways and waterfront. Our house is set in a quiet location, 1.5kms from the waterfront with views out to MtCootha. We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, non-smoking person/s with references.
