About this house sitting position in Sandringham

My Apt is located directly opposite the beach, on Beach Rd Sandringham. The building complex consist's of a total of 6 Apt's with a security code for entrance to the building. My Apt consists of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, open plan living. The spare bedroom you would be occupying is small & consists of only a double bed. I am on the ground level & have a small landscaped front & side garden with a balcony/deck. Additionally, I have a front garden access,secured gate entrance.
My dog, Riley, is a 13 yr old Golden Retriever & an inside dog. He is extremely friendly, affectionate, well trained, obedient & regularly groomed.
I am a Nurse & work Night Duty part time (2 nights a week only), he is therefore used to someone home/company the majority of the time (therefore I would prefer someone who would not be absent for long periods of time during the day, or retired).
Riley does now suffer from a moderate degeneration of Osteo-arthritis in his hips. He therefore requires daily anti-inflammatory medication, pain relief & vitamn's. Although he still loves to go for walks, his capabilities for the length of exercise has shortened. I have found that 15-20 mins only, once a day is all he now manages.
Apart from walking with lead, he does really enjoy off the lead on the beach track across the road from me.
Duties I would request are:
- Companionship/attentiveness/cuddles
- Give daily medication
- Feed twice a day & daily fresh water
- Short walks, weather permitting
- No gardening or lawn mowing required
- Water potted plants (have sprinkler system in garden beds)
