About this house sitting position in Scarborough/perth

I live just off west coast hwy in Scarborough beach 5 mins walk, coles just down the road... quick walk to the cafe, pub strip
Gardens maintained by retic, some plants to be hand watered, norfolk pines needles need to be raked regularly
I have an almost 7 year old rescue dog, he loves company and would get pats all day if he could, he's and inside/outside dog... Sleeps in at night. He will occasionally need medication if his hips and knees play up

References and police clearance preferred,
non smoker a must
