We fell in love with our home straight away, the country view’s are stunning. I can’t see myself leaving here. Home is in Shelford and set on approx 1.8 acres and is two story. Most living space is upstairs with amazing valley views. Some gardening would be required but would describe it as more pottering around. 3 bedrooms plus study.

The interior of the house is presented well and has very comfortable lounge/kitchen with views. Fireplace for cooler nights or refrigerated air conditioning for warmer weather.

The town is set in a valley and has beautiful landscape views. Leigh river runs through centre of town, beautiful spot to walk along the river.

15mins to Bannockburn that has Woolworths/Doctors/Takeaway/Pharmacy/

40 minute drive to Geelong and same to Ballarat

We have 3 chihuahuas, 1 Pomeranian and a German Shepherd. The small dogs are inside dogs and are my little babies. They will follow you around and love to be by your side all the time. I do really spoil them and they are best companions and give so much love. They do sleep in bed with me but they can also just sleep in lounge. They are barkers and will let you know if anyone has come near the house. The German shepherd is an outdoor dog and sleeps in garage at night. She is super chilled out, loves people and gets along well with the little ones. She doesn’t really require much and has absolutely no nasty behaviour.

This housesit will be perfect for people that love the country, walking, relaxing, self care, reading, arts and crafts. Due to the dogs preference is for people that do not work full time. Need to be prepared if working from home on video/phone calls the dogs will most likely bark at some stage. If you dislike dogs that bark this housesit is not for you.
