3 cats that tend to keep to themselves but will need a daily feed. The chickens will require letting out during the day and locked up in the evening. Eggs to collect and keeping fresh water available.

If the sitter has a dog, it would need to be good with chickens and cats.

Surrounded by 3 acres. No need to do any garden work unless you want to.

If staying in your caravan, you will have access to power, water, toilet, shower and a laundry.

There is a large self-cleaning swimming pool available to use.

The property is on the boundary to a clear, clean creek that can be fished. 20 minute drive to Kurrimine Beach with both a tidal river and ocean boat ramp for the boaties and the area is surrounded by excellent fishing spots.


It is a 30 minute drive to the supermarket but some groceries can be bought at Silkwood service station 7km away.
