We have well looked after 4 bedroom home for our family, located in Sinnamon Park a quiet family friendly suburb located in Western Suburbs of Brisbane, 20 mins to the city, and 15 mins to Ipswich, Shopping Center in walking distance, lots of local cafes and restaurants around, Property is fully fenced, a child's dream with cubby house out the back, nice outdoor area, A/C in lounge only but ceiling fans in every room, two room are used for a baby and a toddler one room has a kind bed with en-suite, and other room have a double. We do have a 9 year old kelpie cross who would need care while we are away she is friendly however does like to bark at visitors, small walks and cuddles required, outdoor dog but very scared of storms. We have a large out door fish pond fish would need feeding every few days.
