Four bedroom high set on the beach with a granny flat that my 80 year old mother lives in. Whilst she’s independent it’s reassuring to have someone in the home just to pop in on her from time to time and the company is beneficial. Watering of plants and gardens. Room for a caravan on the front footpath if needed.
