We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom renovated home with a large deck to enjoy views of the Duck River. The fully fenced block is quite large and there is plenty of off street parking.
The garden is easy care but Sitters will need use our ride on mower to mow the lawns.
Smithton is a friendly town in the Tarkine and has two supermarkets, two chemists, doctors and hospital, butchers, fruit and veg shop, two bakers, boutique shops, banks, post office, schools, library and lots of eating options.
