About this house sitting position in South Melbourne

My wife Kate and I live in a classic Victorian terrace close to South Melbourne market. We love our location with its great nearby cafes and bars as well as great neighbours. The house is slowly being renovated with a refreshed bathroom and kitchen now. In addition we have set up one of the spare rooms as a fairly well equipped home gym.

We also share the house with our Landlord, Humphrey, a 4 year old cocker spaniel who expects to be fed, walked, and provided with somebody to snuggle up to the rest of the time.

Otherwise the house itself is pretty low maintenance, as due to lack of space we don’t have any plants or garden that need to be maintained, with the only regular chore being to take out the bins on a Sunday evening.
