4 Bedroom mod house with renovated ensuite to main bedroom plus a second bathroom with walk in shower. Wood heater in lounge (with all cut wood) and heat pump in kitchen and sunny second living area that has lovely cathedral ceiling and large windows to garden overlooking gazebo with BBQ and courtyard. Small older dog to care who does required medications (full list provided) hoping for someone who is around throughout the daytime as well. Internet available for work from home. Prefer for dog not to be left for longer than 5 or so hours.
