About this house sitting position in South Plympton
Located halfway between the city and the beach. A 1950s double brick house that has been renovated on t the inside with new bathroom & kitchen. Open plan kitchen/dining/living opens onto deck with BBQ and large lawn yard. 1km walk to tram/train, 500m to bus & shops.
Please note i am currently renovating the laundry and 2nd bathroom. While you will have access to a washing machine the laundry will not be complete. This will not impact any other areas of the house
