About this house sitting position in South Yarra

I’m looking for a kind, responsible house sitter to look after my home and furry family while I’m away.

I live in a 1920s Art Deco ground-floor duplex with two bedrooms and a beautiful garden. The house is very secure, quiet, and comfortable, with hydronic heating throughout and split system A/C in the living area and main bedroom.

Situated in a great spot — just a short walk to Hawksburn Station, trams and buses on Malvern Road, and all the lovely restaurants, cafes and shops in Hawksburn Village and Chapel Street. It’s a friendly, peaceful neighbourhood with plenty of nearby parks for walks.

You’d be keeping an eye on my three much-loved pets:
Banjo, my 4-year-old Cairn Terrier – very friendly and loves a daily walk.
Leo, a chocolate Burmese, 5 years old – affectionate and social.
Fred, a black and white moggy – a little shy, but very sweet once he warms up.

I’d also appreciate if you could water the garden during hot weather (mainly the hydrangeas at the side and back – the front is drought-tolerant).

Looking for someone who’s clean, a non-smoker, caring, and loves animals, and will make sure Banjo, Leo, and Fred are happy and well-fed while I’m away.
