About this house sitting position in SOUTHPORT

We are looking for an experienced, reliable house sitter, primarily to look after our aged beagle who needs to stay at home while we are on holiday. The house and garden are located in a landscaped, gated development, and are easy to care for (ten or so pots, a patio that needs sweeping each week, and a small lawn area). We are 2 mins walk to small local shops and restaurants and walking distance to Surfers (30 mins) and 15 mins by car to Broadbeach. Our old dog has poor mobility and simply needs regular feeding, plus 2/3 regular but short toileting walks/day to avoid accidents. She is a sociable, friendly soul, who loves company and is happy to be left alone during the day but is not used to being alone for long periods of time (over 4 hours). We have a private garden sitting/eating area and a large, shared pool, landscaped gardens, and onsite caretaker.
