About this house sitting position in Spotswood (Inner-West Melbourne)

Hi. We are after a non-smoking single or a couple to look after our 3 BR house and our furry family member (medium sized dog) while we are away 28 June - 28 July. The house has a small easy maintenance yard, central heating, and a guest bedroom and bathroom ready for you. Our labradoodle is a well-trained, friendly inside dog that requires daily walks (at least 30 minutes) and human interaction. We are clean and tidy and seeking someone who is house proud, reliable, and going to take great care of our house and dog.

Spotswood is a small inner-west Melbourne suburb sandwiched between Yarraville and Williamstown with many nearby things to explore. Our house is located in walking distance to:
- 7 minute walk to the train station (easy 16 minutes into the CBD)
- Great cafes (both in Spotswood and further afield in Yarraville and Newport)
- Parks
- 3 minute drive to Coles
