About this house sitting position in St Albans

We are located in a quiet area of the western suburbs of Melbourne in a comfortable single storey cottage comprising: two bedrooms with double beds and a study with 2 single beds; lounge; medium sized family room/kitchen; large covered outdoor area and small rear garden with double garage straight off the side street. The front and back gardens are very low maintenance requiring minimal if any watering the only thing to really ‘maintain’ is mail collection daily.

We have a small furry ‘child’, Miss Millie (small gentle dog) living with us. Miss Millie loves going for walks in the park, around the local area as well as down to the beach.

It’s an easy 10 minute walk to Ginifer train station and approximately 15 minute walk to a medium sized shopping precinct which has a selection of small family friendly restaurants and take away options. Also there are medium to large shopping centres within driving distance.

Access to the Western Ring Road and Ballarat Rd is only 3 minutes’ drive (approx) from the house.

Additional benefits are: - recreational walking/bicycle track to both Moonee Ponds and Altona along Jones Creek and parklands. Nearby are some local Pubs and a Club.

We are seeking (preferably non-smoking) semi or retired person/s house-sitter/s to house sit.

Also, there will be periods of time in the near future we’ll need a house sitter/s which can vary from a week to a month or so. Read more...
