About this house sitting position in St Kilda

Have a 2 bedroom flat - with air-con and gas cooking / hot water.
5 min walk to Ackland st and the St Kilda beach front.

I need someone who's good with dogs, Moses is a 2 year old small dog his 7kgs.

Moses just needs a little more attention when walking as he gets over whelmed - so we are avoiding him having too much interactions with new people or other dogs for now its all about keeping him chilled out.

He gets 2 walks one in the mornings around 8am and 1 at night time around 8:30pm night time.
( or whenever you get up and walk him is fine)

Moses goes into his create of the night time simply put a treat or ask him to "go to your create" and he'll go in - if not you can always set up the kitchen for him to sleep in there, because that is where he use to sleep, either way is fine " In your room Moses come on" and he'll follow you into the kitchen.
He goes into the kitchen when you leave the house as well same situation just say " come on Moses in your room" he loves it in there because he gets treats and lots of fun stuff in the kitchen.

He goes into the kitchen with his bed and his toys as well as a little treat ball set up for him so his not bored :)

Moses becomes alert with people walking past the apartment so we tend to keep the door to the lounge room closed as this keeps him claimed down - as well being aware that his going through a little bit of a barking phase which we are working on with him.
Overall its not a massive deal, he'll bark for a little bit but just throw some treats down and say "Go find" and he'll do that instead of barking.

Whenever he does start to bark, we throw treats down to try and break up the habit and give him a good association with hearing noses ect.

I wouldn't really suggest to have many new people around him unless they are able to just not interact with him as this overwhelms Moses and can get him outside of the 'chilled' zone.
He don't leave Moses outside places or tie him up this is important to note - so just the walks are good for him.

If you want to sleep in then I'd suggest to have Moses sleep in the kitchen because its not uncommon for someone to walk past the window and him have a bark about it - which i am use to by now but you might not appreciate it.

The cat Puddin Monroe is 12 years old and very friendly.
She'll most likely warm up to you over a day or so - and keep the bedroom door open a with a shoe so she can come in and snuggle up to you.

Puddin as she affectionately known as - she gets brushed twice a day at the very least once at night time after feeding her or after Moses has gone to bed ( because he can get a little bit rilled up with the attention going to Puddin and not him)
if you do interact with Puddin just throw some treats down and let Moses be focused on that instead as we are always getting him to break up the habit of annoying the cat, his not rough with her or anything like that - he just likes to annoy her and get in her way so the training is to break up his jumping around her ect.

Puddin likes to go outside for a few minutes in the mornings and comes back inside afterwards, she's not allowed outside at night time, however, if she does get outside at night time just bring her back in we are enclosed with large gates she rarely if ever gets very far, just more the wildlife i don't want her killing ect, even though she's harmless the night time gets her 'wide eyed'.
I have parking spaces and a permit for visitors as well.

There's a bathtub - garden you can hangout in.

There's also a little fire bin if you want to have a fire.

The neighbours are lovely.
