About this house sitting position in St Kilda

Massive, three level townhouse with own car park / security entrance etc. great location near St Kilda junction, trams and all the area has to offer. This house will be shared with two older teens who live on the ground floor area; there's a common living area in the middle and your own private bedroom / bathroom / balcony are upstairs.

Looking after 6yo cat, watering plants and .... keeping an eye on (not looking after) 18yo and 15yo boys. The boys are extremely self sufficient, friendly and polite (we're not just saying that - one is in first year uni and the other is year 10) and will be responsible for prepping their own meals etc. we merely just want to have (a preferably) mature adult in the house should a major emergency arise. Other than that, it'd be closer to a housemate situation.

It's a beautiful house with great views and a really vibrant area. This includes rebumeration by negotiation. ????
