Lovely large art deco apartment in excellent location, one street back from St Kilda Beach available over the long weekend! Has big sunny lounge room with balcony and large separate dining room/kitchen area. Big bathroom has shower and separate bath. Close walk to Fitzroy street also walkable to Acland St and Albert Park. Number 12 tram stops near front door and number 96 and 16 trams close by taking you straight into city. My super friendly 6 yr old French bulldog likes cuddles, adores walks and just being around people so must be a genuine dog lover. Will have place to yourself so looking for an honest, mature, reliable person to take care of him, water some plants and keep the home clean. Only wanting one person to stay.
