Lovely large art deco apartment in excellent location, one street back from St Kilda Beach. Has big sunny lounge room with balcony and separate large dining room/kitchen area. Bathroom has shower and separate bath. Very close walk to shops on Armstrong St, Middle park or Fitzroy street also walkable into St Kilda or Albert Park lake. Unlimited wireless internet available and Number 12 tram stops almost right at front door and number 96 tram close by taking you straight into city. One super friendly 2 yr old French bulldog lives there. He likes plenty attention, adores walks and will always want to sleep on you. Looking for an honest, reliable person to take care of my dog, keep the home clean and water a few plants. Please note there will be my housemate staying there, a chef who works very long hours most the week so the place will mostly be to yourself but won't be completely alone.
