4 bedroom home. 3 bedrooms on upper level: master with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, two bedrooms furnished with single beds, shared bathroom. Combined living, dining and kitchen on street level, laundry and garage on this level too. Lovely big deck with gorgeous views. Lower level is studio/ flat opening onto garden.

The house is walking distance to Ironside state school, it is 100m walk to direct frequent buses to the CBD, University of Queensland, Indooroopilly Shoppingtown. The UQ pool and sports facilities are 1km away and open to the public. There are two golf courses nearby and plenty of parks.

We are going away for 5 months and looking for someone to take the house for most of that period. We do not have any pets. But the garden will need occasional maintenance.
